"EDIT: This insurance company is SCAMMING ME. I paid for the entire YEAR for Renters Insurance and they are claiming I still need to pay for a POLICY THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR
Find a better insurance agency.
Hands down the most incompetent group of people that have ever been trusted to use a computer. There is truly no way my own experience at this agency is a one off in a sea of stellar, glowing reviews.
I will ask for a change to my policy, ask follow up questions, and somewhere in between me asking a question and them thinking of a response they get SUPER defensive for no reason. And for an annoying amount of verbal exchanges was just me trying to get my agent to understand what I’m saying. The language barrier becomes an obstacle when my experience at the agency becomes burdensome when they don’t understand what I am saying and make me feel like it’s my fault.
I get the agency isn’t in the most luxurious of places which may result in dealing with slightly-to-moderate hostile clientele, however, I cannot change anything about that and shouldn’t have to deal with the both male and female agents giving me attitude when I ask them questions about my policy.
Another point is that I will call to no one responding, which is fine people are busy or just on lunch, but where it ends up in a review like this is when I get a call back from some representative who tells me that someone at this agency WILL GET BACK TO ME only to have NO ONE CALL ME BACK.
You truly could find so many different insurance agencies around in area and I hope you use my experience with this one to do just that."
